Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Ayurvedix, our commitment is to provide the best shopping experience for every customer. However, as an Ayurveda product provider, we adhere to certain policies regarding the cancellation, return, and refund of our products.


You have the option to cancel your order until it has been dispatched by contacting our customer service team. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.


Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, we do not have a general return or exchange policy. However, you are entitled to apply for an exchange if the delivered product is damaged.

In such cases, please contact our customer service within 4 days of receiving the products. Do not return the purchased product, but ensure you provide the receipt number for a smooth exchange process. Exchange requests without the receipt number cannot be accepted.


Refunds will be processed within 10 working days upon order cancellation. Please be aware that certain banks may take longer for the amount to reflect in your account.

If you are returning a damaged product, the refund will be processed only after the item is received and inspected. We will email you to notify you of the receipt and inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

In such cases, the refund will only be processed after approval. You will receive the refund in the original payment method within 10 working days after approval.

*Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
*Shipping charges will not be included in the refund value of your order as they are non-refundable charges.
